What counts as a Monthly Active User?

A Monthly Active User (MAU) is a unique user who authenticates at least once during a calendar month. Anonymous users and authenticated users both count toward your MAU limit.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial for Professional?

Yes, Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.

What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional MAU blocks. Your service won't be interrupted - we work with you to find the right solution.

Do you offer discounts for startups?
